1. General conditions

These general terms and conditions apply when you as a consumer place an order on oygardenactive.no. The agreement is between you and Cirka AS (org.nr. 926 39 8369). Cirka AS does not accept credit purchases for individuals under 18 years of age in accordance with Norwegian law. Cirka AS reserves the right to reject or modify your orders. This may occur if individuals provide inaccurate personal information, have a history that does not pass our credit check, or individuals who have not followed applicable rules and terms of use in the past.

Violation of the rules may result in you as a customer being liable for compensation for damages. Cirka AS reserves the right to reject customers who have violated the rules for a certain period of time.

Cirka AS shall not be liable for errors related to the tickets or typography on the website.

2. Bookings
  • When you place an order on the website, you accept that you participate at your own risk. Cirka AS is not responsible for accidents/damages that occur due to violations of the guidelines we have for our activities. - Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
  • Participants are responsible for their own insurance.
  • Cirka AS reserves the right to change or cancel events due to weather conditions.
  • Activities may be canceled or rescheduled if we do not have enough guests registered to proceed with the activity.
  • If Cirka AS cancels an activity, we will offer an alternative if possible. The customer can choose to withdraw from the booking, and we will refund 100%
  • Participants are responsible themselves for obtaining the information about age limits, requirements for physical health, etc.
  • Payment is required for reserved spots that are not used.
  • When you place an order on the website, you agree that you have read and understood our general terms and conditions. You consent to what is stated under the section "general terms."
3. Payment and fees

All prices on the website are listed in NOK and include VAT. You will be informed on the website about the available payment options at any given time. Currently, individuals can pay with cards and Vipps, while companies can receive invoices.

If you have trouble making payment or wish to pay using a method other than what we offer on the website, please contact us through the contact form on the website.

4. Cancellation and refund/right of cancellation
  • The service will be delivered at the agreed time.
  • Total cancellation free of charge is possible up to four weeks before the event.
  • Cancellation four to two weeks before the event: we will refund 80% or invoice 20% of the total value of the booking.
  • Cancellation two weeks to 24 hours before the event: we will refund 50% or invoice 50% of the total value of the booking.
  • Cancellation later than 24 hours before the event: no refund or 100% invoice of the total value of the booking.
  • Cancellation due to illness/injury: must be confirmed by a doctor. Free of charge as long as we are informed before the start of the event.
  • In case of cancellation, we request that a copy of the booking be sent in writing to Cirka AS along with any attachments.
5. Personal data

The controller for collected personal information is the seller. Unless the buyer consents otherwise, the seller, in accordance with the Personal Data Act, may only collect and store the personal information necessary for the seller to fulfill its obligations under the agreement. The buyer's personal information will only be disclosed to others if necessary for the seller to fulfill the agreement with the buyer, or in cases required by law.

6. Conflict resolution

Complaints can be addressed to the seller within a reasonable time according to points 2 and 5. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this fails, the buyer can contact the Consumer Authority for mediation. The Consumer Authority is available by phone at 23 400 600 or on forbrukertilsynet.no.

7. Changes

Cirka AS reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the website.
